Q: Can I buy tickets from overseas?

A: Yes, the ticketing sites allow you to purchase tickets using your credit card.

Q: Are there walk-in / on-the-day tickets?

A: Yes, there usually are on-the-day tickets if advance tickets are not yet sold out online. However, it will depend on the game edition. Please make sure to check each game's specific webpage and their ticket infomation to be sure.

Q: Can I still play if I am alone?

A: Yes you can! For room type editions, the game can be quite difficult to play alone. Therefore, you will be grouped with other people of the same session timing. For field type editions or editions that do not have a time limit, you can play alone!

Q: Can non-Japanese speakers play the game?

A: All events listed on this English website are playable in English, so non-Japanese speakers are welcome to join us!

Q: Is there any minimum age?

A: There is usually no minimum age for a child to participate if they are accompanied by an adult. However, it will depend on the game edition. Please make sure to check each game's specific webpage and their FAQ to be sure.

Q: Can I play the game multiple times?

A: Depending on the title and type of game, some games can only be played once, while others can be played again and again! Please check each game's event page to see if you can play the game more than once.
