GAME DETAILS
- The game is played indoors in a single team of 1 to 4 people with a 33-minute time limit (the total experience can last up to 45 mins).
- The experience is designed to support Japanese and English.
- The pre-game rules and post-game explanation is provided in both Japanese and English, so even first-timers can participate with confidence.
- You won't be trapped inside a room but solve puzzles with clues scattered around the building. Think Puzzle Hunt meet Escape Game.

- Is this an escape game?
- ・In Japan, escape games come in a variety of different formats. This eventis different from the type of escape game you'd find overseas. In this game, you will explore the entire Shibuya store venue to find and solve as many puzzles as you can in 30 minutes. At the end, you will enter a small room for a 3-minute challenge. Earn points by solving puzzles, and aim for a high score.
- Can I play in English?
- ・Yes, this game is fully available to play in English. While some puzzles are in Japanese only, they will not be necessary to solve in order to succeed and achieve the highest rank.
- Is this game private?
- Yes, all tickets for this event are private, and you will not be matched with other players on the day.
- What are the age guidelines?
- ・Based on puzzle difficulty, this game is recommended for those age 12 and above.
・All children age 6 and above require a ticket to join.
・Those age 11 and below must be accompanied by a guardian age 18 or over.
- Is this event suitable for families?
- ・Yes, this is a cooperative, family-friendly game.
- Can I play with more than 4 people?
- ・ This game is designed for teams of max 4 people. We ask party sizes of 5 or more to split into groups and purchase enough tickets accordingly.
- Can I film or take photos?
- ・Filming or taking photos inside the venue is allowed as long as it's not of the items used in the game or content related to the puzzles.
- Is there a cloak service?
- ・Our venue can hold small bags at the reception counters on floors B1 and B2 for a fee of 500 yen. We cannot hold onto large items such as suitcases. Also, please note that it is possible we may run out of space. We highly recommend travelling light to the venue or using public coin lockers.
