About the Event
・In this event, you will join in teams of up to 4 players and cooperate to solve a large amount of puzzles, then aim for escape in the last 3 minutes.
・Other teams may be playing in the same session as you, but you will not be working together with them.
・The total time you'll spend at the venue is about 60-80 minutes. Please join with ample time, especially if you are coming from afar.
・The event will start at its designated start time. You will be asked to read the Important Points on the game before it starts. For everything to run smoothly, we ask that you check in at least 10 minutes before the start time.
・Arriving late can inconvenience other participants in the same session and you may be denied entry. Please be careful.
・As a general rule, you cannot leave the room in the middle of the game. In the case of an emergency, please ask the staff about re-entering the room.
・Based on the puzzle difficulty level, the recommended age is 12 and above.
About Tickets
・A ticket is necessary for everyone age 6 and above. Please be sure to purchase the correct type of ticket for your group size, and bring it on the day.
・All prices are inclusive of tax.
・The ticket is only valid on the date and time shown on it.
・Advanced Tickets are available to buy up till 23:59 the day before a session.
・If Advanced Tickets for a session are sold out online, On-the-day Tickets will not be available either.
・For info on the status of On-the-day Tickets, please check the venue's Ticket Calendar.
・Prices will differ during the High Season. High Season refers to extended holiday periods such as Golden Week in May, Year end and New Years, Summer Holidays, etc. Make sure to check the ticket prices carefully before purchasing.
・Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
・All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after purchase and we cannot change the booking date and time.
・All participating members of your group must be present when you check in on the day.
Age Guidelines
・Children of age 6-11 will not be allowed to join the event by themselves. To participate, they must be accompanied by a parent or adult of age 18 and older who is also participating.
・Children of age 6 and above will require a ticket to join. Make sure you purchase the right type of ticket that matches the number of people in your group and don't forget to bring it on the day.
・Children of age 5 and under can be brought into the game by a guardian who is age 18 and above, and do not require a ticket.
About Luggage
・You may be asked to leave your belongings in a cloakroom if they are large and may get in the way of players' progress.
・It is possible for the cloakroom to run out of space, so in that case we ask that you use a public coin locker. In general, we recommend traveling light when coming to the venue.
・We cannot be responsible for holding on to valuable items. Please watch over your own valuables.
Language Support
・This event is fully playable in English.
About Spoilers
・For the sake of future guests who will attend the event, it is strictly prohibited to reveal details about the event content or game items on blogs, social media sites, or anywhere else online.
・However, you are welcome to share your thoughts and impressions or post photos as long as they are unrelated to the puzzles. Sharing photos of yourself enjoying the event is highly appreciated!
About Multiple Plays
・Multiple plays are possible but the event content will remain the same.
・Most people at the venue are participating in the event for the first time. Please refrain from any actions that will hinder their progress or enjoyment, such as revealing hints or answers in loud voices.
・There are no "Repeat Tickets" available for this event. If you'd like to participate again, please purchase a standard ticket.

・If an extreme weather-related situation arises where the store needs to close, an announcement will be posted on the announcements page of the Real Escape Game official website.

This event will include the elements below. Please read them carefully before deciding to participate.
・You will need to walk around the inside of the venue.
・You will need to climb stairs and walk through a narrow hallway.
・You will be given the explanation of game rules through video and audio through a screen.
・You will be looking for clues placed around the venue, holding onto a puzzle sheet, and handling physical items.
・You will need to identify colors for some of the puzzles.
・You will need to show your answers to the staff/cast during the event.
A separate set of hints are available for those who have difficulty identifying basic colors such as red, blue, yellow, and green, and those who have trouble associating the correct names of those colors. Please make use of these hints if this applies to you.
・We can provide a written script for the audio portions of the event.
・We can provide a written script or a visual guide for the portions that are spoken by staff or cast members.
Other kinds of support available to accomodate those with imparities aside from the above. If you are in need of certain accomodations, we ask that you send an inquiry to the venue at least one week before you buy tickets. Feel free to send us an inquiry if you have other questions or concerns.
