◼︎ New Age-Based Discounts for Ages 22 and Below
・Up to 50% off for ages 12 and below!
・Applies per individual even when participating as a group!

All Advanced and On-the-day tickets will be eligible for age-based discounts--up to 25% off for customers ages 13 to 18, and up to 10% off for ages 19 to 22. For events recommended for kids, those age 6 to 12 will be eligible to receive up to 50% off. In addition, those who are age 22 and below and paid members of the SCRAP FUN CLUB are eligible to receive up to 50% off for weekday On-the-day tickets.
These discount rates will be applied to each event's base ticket price.

Up until now, discounts could not be applied when participating as a group if all participants were not in the same age category. However, the new pricing structure allows age-based discounts to be applied starting with just one eligible person, regardless of the ticket type. This means that even groups of family members or friends of different ages can now attend events at rates appropriate for each person's age.

◼︎ Family Participation in Field-Type Events
For field-type events such as the "Puzzle Adventure" series and "MYSTERY MAIL BOX" series--which can be played without a time limit--children ages 6 to 12 will no longer need to purchase their own game kit. Instead, they can enjoy the experience together with their guardians using a single kit. Please check the official "Real Escape Game for Kids" website for a list of eligible events. ◼︎ Revision of Base fees to Ensure Stable Event Operations
Along with this change to our pricing structure, and in light of the current employment environment and rising labor costs, we will be increasing base prices by 100 yen per person as a general rule to ensure the continued stable operation of our events. Please check the respective official websites or ticket pages for each event for their specific pricing details.

This new structure applies to event tickets sold on or after Wednesday, November 11, 2026. For events for which tickets are already on sale, the new pricing structure will apply to tickets sold on or after that date.

SCRAP will continue to strive to create an environment that is more accessible to everyone and to provide experiences--including Real Escape Game--so that people of all ages can enjoy these narrative experiences.

*Regardless of ticket type, the age-based discount can be applied to one eligible person per ticket.
