On March 6th, 2023, SCRAP will release their first in-person event available in English since Covid-19 caused all events to take a back seat.
They are coming back strong with a collaboration event with the popular anime series Dr. Stone.
The event will be held at their six-floored entertainment venue, TOKYO MYSTERY CIRCUS, situated in the heart of Shinjuku.
In this exciting and immersive event that will feature an original Dr. Stone storyline, participants will interact with actors, conduct science experiments, and use their logical thinking skills to solve puzzles and clear the mission.
This event is a breath of fresh air in the post Covid-19 era where people are seeking out in-person activities and travel has resumed.
Fans of the anime, escape games, and anyone itching for an adrenaline-packed experience will be in for a treat as SCRAP plans to roll out more collaborations with big titles in the near future.
While the launch of the Dr. Stone event will headspear the upcoming surge of new events produced for English-speakers, other original SCRAP titles will also be brought back in February, such as "A Mystery At Magic Academy" and "An Invitation from the Mystery Man" (details to follow).
Takao Kato, SCRAP's CEO and the man who created the world's first real-life escape game event back in 2007, aims to continue pushing the boundaries of in-person entertainment.
He says, "The world is filled with exciting and colorful storylines. Our goal is to turn those stories into real-life experiences for you. By doing so, we can make the world, and people's lives, a little more interesting."
Visitors will also be pleased to know that TOKYO MYSTERY CIRCUS has been vamped up and made easier to navigate.
New signs and pamphlets in English and other forms of English support have been implemented to welcome locals and tourists alike.
