【About the Event】
・"Escape from the Witch's House in the Woods" is a game event that can be played by 2-4 players. You will not be grouped with other players, so you can enjoy the game with your own circle of friends. This game cannot be played solo.
・The game has a time limit of 50 minutes.
*It is first-come, first-served for each time slot. You may have to wait up to 40 minutes before the game starts. Please set aside ample time when coming. We will give you a number tag and will call that number when it is your turn. Please stay close to the reception area while you wait. (If you have the LINE app, we can notify you of your turn and you may leave the area until then.)
・This game event consists of a series of small rooms you have to escape from. You may have to wait to enter the next room if the group in front of you is still occupying it. In this case, your remaining time will pause.
・The total estimated time spent at the venue is 60-120* minutes. Please set aside ample time when coming from afar. *inclusive of briefing and considering continue option usage.
・Turning up late can inconvenience other participants in the same session and you may be denied entry. Please keep that in mind.
・Generally, no one is allowed to enter or leave the venue during the game.
・We may choose to cancel due to inevitable reasons such as natural disasters, etc. Notice of any event cancellations and refunds will be posted on the TOKYO MYSTERY CIRCUS website under "Topics". Please make sure to check there if you're unsure whether your event is going to take place. Also, we will not be responsible for any travel fees you incur while traveling to the event venue (including any cancellation fees) when an event has been cancelled.

【Age Guidelines】
・Due to the level of puzzles, the recommended age is 12 and above. Children below age 12 are still allowed to play, but it may be slightly challenging for them.
・Children of age 6-11 will not be allowed to join the event by themselves. To participate, they must be accompanied by a parent or adult of age 18 and older who is also participating. Please also note that Children of age 6 and older will require a ticket to join.
・Children of age 6 and above will require a ticket to join. Make sure you purchase the right type of ticket that matches the number of people in your group and don't forget to bring it on the day.
・Children age 5 and below will not be counted as a participant.
・Children of age 12-14 may join by themselves if they submit a consent form signed by a parent or guardian of age 18 and older. Download, fill in, and sign the consent form below and bring it to the venue.
*If a valid consent form is not presented, they will not be allowed to join the event.
DOWNLOAD CONSENT FORM
・Children of age 6 and under can be brought into the game by a guardian who is age 18 and above, and do not require a ticket. For guardians, please make sure that the children are taken back to their homes by their appointed curfew.

【Continue Option】
・If you run out of time during the first 8 rooms, you can extend your play time by 10 minutes by pressing the continue button displayed on your tablet.
・There is no rule to how many times you are allowed to use the Continue Option. However, you may not be allowed to use it multiple times during peak periods and the last session of the day.
・The Continue Option is not available for the 9th/final room.
・You can extend your game play by 10 minutes if you pay an extra 1,000 yen/player.
・The Continue Option must be used by all players in the group. All members of the group will be charged. Please consult with each other carefully as a group before making your decision.

【About Retrying】
Players who clear the first 8 rooms but fail the final room will receive a "Retry" Card.
Bring this card to the reception counter again to buy a special ticket to challenge only the final room again at a cheaper price with a 10-min time limit.
*The "Retry Ticket" can only be purchased on the day in cash.
*You can use the ticket you purchased on another day.
Since there's no advanced booking available for this ticket type, you may not be able to play if it is too crowded.
・Retry Tickets can only be purchased by players with a "Retry" Card.

【About Cloak】
・There is a cloakroom that can be used to store belongings for a fee (500 yen) at Tokyo Mystery Circus 1F service counter, but as space is limited we recommend that you use public coin lockers.

【About Clothing】
・You will need to walk around during the game, so please come in comfortable shoes and outfit. We do not recommend wearing skirts or dresses to this game.
・The venue does not have shoes or clothes to rent out if you do not come in an appropriate outfit.
・You will be entering a small room, so please do not bring large bags with you.

【Photos / Recording】
・You can take photos at the venue.
You may also upload and share photos from the Room 1 (Welcome Hall) and Room 2 (Training Quarters). However, uploading photos or videos of Room 3 onwards that reveal the puzzles (spoilers) is strictly prohibited.

【Regarding Spoilers】
・For the benefit of future guests who will attend the event, it is strictly prohibited to reveal details about the event or event material on blogs, social media sites, or anywhere else online without permission. The exception is Room 1 (Welcome Hall) and Room 2 (Training Quarters). You may upload photos of these two rooms as well as the photo spot outside the game area, as well as your thoughts about the game.

【About Multiple Plays】
・The answers will not be revealed if your time runs out, so you can challenge the game again. Please buy a new ticket to play the game again if you wish to.
