Use your sense of touch and imagination to uncover the secrets hidden inside the box!
GAME DETAILS
- The game is played indoors in a single team of 1 to 3 players with a 15-minute time limit (Total experience
lasts about 20 minutes.)
- The puzzles are not language-dependant, so players from any country can enjoy the challenge.
- The pre-game rules, hints, and post-game explanation can be provided in either Japanese or English.
- The game will start at fixed internals according to the session you book. Please complete check-in at least 5
minutes before your session begins. (Tokyo Mystery Circus is located 7min. walk from JR Shinjuku Station.)
THINGS TO NOTE
- We are closed on certain dates. Please check the dates on the ticketing page.
- Check-in for each session starts 10 minutes before the session.
- Entry into the game will not be allowed after the session starts.
- You are welcome to play this game more than once. For your second attempt onwards, please purchase a new ticket. The puzzles will be the same every time.

- Is there an age limit?
- There is no age limit to participate.
However, children elementary school age and below may not join by themselves and must be accompanied by a guardian
age 18 or older.
*Preschool children may join for free when accompanied by a guardian.
- Can I get a refund if I lose my ticket?
- No. We cannot reissue tickets for any reason, including loss or theft. Refunds will not be given for customer
convenience.
If refunds become available due to severe weather, announcements will be made on the Tokyo Mystery Circus website, under TOPICS*.

- What if I'm late for my start time?
- The event begins exactly at the listed start time.
If you are late, you may not be able to join the game as it will disturb other participants.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session.
- Is there parking or bicycle parking?
- There is no parking or bicycle parking at the venue.
Please use public transportation or nearby paid parking facilities.
- Is there a place to store my belongings?
- Yes. The cloak service on the 2nd floor Service Counter is available for 500 Yen per item. Suitcases and other
large bags will incur charges per item. Space is limited, so please also consider public coin lockers.
Valuables cannot be stored.
- Can I post spoilers on social media?
- Spoilers are prohibited for this game. Do not upload answers or photos of the puzzles on any social media or
digital platform. Please also be careful when you discuss the answers to the game after it has ended. There will be
many players on the same floor or facility who have not tried the game yet. However, non-spoiler photos and your
memories are very welcome!
- Can I join multiple times?
- Yes. If you wish to play again, please purchase an additional ticket. However, the puzzles will be the same.
- Can I book the event for a private session or group?
- Yes.

About the Event Experience
The following actions will occur during the event. If you have concerns, please review these before
participating:
-You will stand and crouch around a large game structure.
-Before and after the game, staff will explain rules and important notes.
-You will place your hands into the structure and manipulate items inside it.
Support Provided by SCRAP
Written or visual guides can be provided for staff explanations normally given verbally.
Additional accommodations may be available depending on your situation.
If you require support, please contact the venue at least one week before purchasing your ticket so we can
prepare accordingly.
