Join a brand new immersive experience in Tokyo that will allow you to explore an eerie Japanese elementary school and investigate a puzzling murder case, completely in English for the first time!
GAME DETAILS
- This indoor mystery game has no time limit, and the full experience takes about 2 hours. You can play solo or with friends.
- Other players will be exploring the school at the same time, but there is no need to interact with strangers. Everyone can play independently and at their own pace.
- The game rules and ending explanation are provided in English, no Japanese knowledge is necessary.

THINGS TO NOTE
- This event involves walking around the venue. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
- This is a walk-in style event open to both individuals and groups. If you plan to play with friends, please purchase tickets for the same date and time slot.
- There is no time limit. The average play time is approximately 2 hours.
- Due to the difficulty of the puzzles, this event is recommended for ages 12 and up (junior high school age and older).
- Lockers are not available inside the venue, so you will need to carry your belongings with you throughout the event. We recommend bringing only essential items.
- Re-entry during the event is generally not permitted. In case of an emergency, please speak to a nearby staff member.
- A paid cloakroom service is available at the service counter on the 2nd floor of Tokyo Mystery Circus, but space is limited. If you wish to use the cloakroom, please do so before entering the game area. Please note that we are not responsible for valuables, so do not leave any important items behind.
- Photography is allowed inside the venue. However, recording videos or posting photos/videos online that contain puzzle answers or spoilers is strictly prohibited.

ABOUT TICKETS:
- A ticket is required for each participant. Please purchase one ticket per person and make sure to have your ticket with you on the day of the event.
- Tickets are only valid for the date and time specified on the ticket or ticket screen.
- Advance tickets can be purchased until 11:59 PM on the day before your participation date.
- If advance tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be available.
- Please check the ticket calendar for your selected venue for information about same-day ticket availability.
- After purchasing a ticket, changes to the date or time, refunds, or cancellations due to customer convenience cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
- We cannot hold tickets for members of your group at the reception desk. Please make sure everyone arrives together before checking in.
- Please check in at the reception desk within 20 minutes of the time printed on your ticket. You'll be able to play in the order of check-in.
- You may need to wait up to 20 minutes before the game begins, so please allow extra time when planning your visit.

- Can I play in English?
- ・Yes! The entire experience is fully available in English.
- Is the English version the same as the Japanese version?
- ・No. While there are some similarities, the English version has been specially localized and features a different game flow.
If you play alongside someone participating in the Japanese version, you will explore the same general area, but the game length and objectives will differ.
- Is this an escape room?
- ・No. This is not a traditional escape room game. While there are puzzles to solve and areas to explore, the experience focuses more on story, exploration, and immersion rather than escape room-style gimmicks.
- Is this a scary game like a haunted house?
- ・No. This is not a horror attraction. Although the story includes supernatural themes such as ghosts and murder mysteries, the event is not designed to frighten participants like a haunted house.
Please note that these themes are present throughout the story, though they are not depicted in a graphic manner.
- Can first-time players of Real Escape Games enjoy this event?
- ・Absolutely. Each participant can access hints individually during the game, so even first-time players can enjoy the experience with confidence.
- Is there an age restriction?
- ・There is no strict age restriction for participation. However, the recommended age for this event is 12 years and older (junior high school age and above).
Due to the difficulty of the puzzles, elementary school children and younger must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
Preschool children may participate free of charge only when accompanied by a guardian.
Guardians are asked to ensure that minors return home by the time specified under local youth protection ordinances.
- Can children enjoy the event?
- ・Anyone who can read, write, and communicate in English at approximately an upper elementary school level can participate.
However, the recommended age for this event is 12 years and older (junior high school age and above). Younger children may require support from a parent or guardian to fully enjoy the experience.
- Are spoilers allowed after the event period ends?
- ・We plan to hold this event at other venues in the future. For the sake of future participants, please refrain from posting spoilers or puzzle solutions on social media, even after the event period has ended.
- Is there anything I need to prepare or bring for the event?
- ・This event involves walking around the venue while solving puzzles, so please wear comfortable shoes.
You will also need a smartphone with internet access during the event. Please note that any communication or data charges are the responsibility of the participant.
As some content includes audio and video on your smartphone, please make sure to bring earphones or headphones.
